Step 2
Personalised quote
If surgery is appropriate, you receive an itemised quote setting out exactly what is - and is not - included, so you can compare like with like.
Step 3
Planning your stay
Dates, clinic booking, airport transfers and accommodation are organised with you. You book your own flights - no flights are included.
Step 4

An in-person examination with Dr Hendaoui, usually the day before surgery, then your operation and a 5-night stay - extendable to 8 nights to have your splint removed before you fly.
Step 5
Aftercare in the UK
Written aftercare instructions before you fly home, then remote follow-up. For urgent problems you should also contact your GP or an NHS service.
Transparent pricing
What it costs - and exactly what's included.

Eligibility
Is rhinoplasty right for you?
Rhinoplasty is only suitable for adults (18+) and after an individual assessment. Not everyone is a suitable candidate. Like any surgery it carries risks, including bleeding, infection, changes to breathing, altered skin sensation, scarring, asymmetry, and results that don't meet your expectations; in some cases a further (revision) operation may be needed.
Your questions
- Is rhinoplasty painful?
- Rhinoplasty is generally not described as very painful, but you should expect some discomfort. In the first days most patients feel nasal congestion and a blocked-nose sensation, tenderness and swelling, usually managed with pain relief prescribed by the surgeon. Everyone's experience is different - the surgeon will discuss what to expect for your case during your consultation.
- How much does rhinoplasty in Tunisia cost?
- Packages start from £2,200 and include your surgery, surgeon's fee, clinic care, anaesthesia, airport transfers and a 5-night stay (2 nights in the clinic and 3 nights' recovery accommodation on a full-board basis). No flights are included - you book and pay for your own flights. The lower price compared with the UK reflects lower operating costs in Tunisia, not a reduced standard for your own care.
- How is aftercare handled once I'm back in the UK?
- Before you travel home, your surgeon will confirm you are fit to fly and give you written aftercare instructions, followed by remote follow-up. Once back in the UK you can reach an English-speaking coordinator by WhatsApp or email, usually within 8 hours (except in emergencies). For urgent problems you should also contact your GP or an NHS service, and we recommend travel insurance that covers elective surgery and complications.
- Where do the consultations take place?
- Your first consultation is remote (video or phone). A pre-operative consultation takes place in person in Tunis, usually the day before surgery. Follow-up after you return to the UK is remote.
Consultation
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
